Zoom Mediation Made Easy

We provide full service, concierge-style mediation hosting. In simple terms, we handle the Zoom part of your mediation from start to finish. We generate Zoom invitations for the mediator, the lawyers, and their clients. As the mediator, you click on the Zoom link, and we take it from there! We serve as the Zoom host, ready to assist the group should there be any tech issues, questions, or concerns. During the conference, we “walk” you and your mediation participants to and from rooms that you choose to create (main conference room, caucus rooms, private spaces, lawyers lounges, etc.). In short, we manage the spaces and technology in the virtual world while you focus on mediating. 

Additionally, we have ala carte offerings for everything from Zoom training for you, your staff, and your clients to helping your mediation participants download, install, and test-run the Zoom application before the scheduled mediation date. If you have lawyers who are challenged by this technology, let us know, and we will take them through the necessary steps to ensure their confidence with the Zoom platform. 

Our Zoom account is configured for security, privacy, and ease of use during mediations. We are our own, independent tech services firm and are not affiliated with any mediation panels or law firms. You engage us as independent contractors, not employees. We bill via Quickbooks and take credit cards or direct bank transfers. We have worked with various members of both the NADN, and the IAM.
